need more faster wt loss
I am on herbalife weight loss program.....lost 13 kgs so far but last 3 months have lost only 4 kgs ......need to reduce 10 kegs in 6 wks

I agree that you will most likely gain back whatever you lose, taking the Herb-a-life, unless you are implementing a low calorie diet into your plan, so when you go off the herb-a-life, you will have a plan in place to keep the weight off.
Aside from that, 10 kg (22 pounds) is way to much to try to lose in 6 weeks and you can't do it in a healthy manner.

As I read at beginning its easier to lose weight. After awhile you have to make more effort as your body will get used to what you did before, so more exercise and maybe different also
I was on that couple years ago.eveything you loose will come back once u stop buying...its very expensive.
