post pregnancy

I'm having trouble losing my baby belly fat. Its hard for me to do crunches because I have sciatica and it gives me bad back pain. Anyone know of some workouts that could be helpful for my situation?

for me honestly changing my diet and walking has worked my son is almost 2 but i let my weight go back up instead of down so i switched my diet to low sodium n i ve lost about 8 lbs in the last 2 months! But agreed anything low impact will get you going! Gl and congrats on the new baby! oh and i dont have the back probs my fiance now he does his are way bad he was injured in Iraq but us together doing the diet and walking hes down 50 lbs now!!

Congrats on the baby!

Anything low impact.  Have you tried swimming?  What about yoga and increasing your flexibility?  I have noticed when I stretch and do my yoga first that my back problems are much easier to deal with while working out.

What about acupuncture?  I did this with my second pregnancy for my migraines and morning sickness.  

I'm just starting to lose my pregnancy weight from my third child who was a csection 15 months ago but I had some complications that hendered my weight loss but those are getting under control now slowly and surely.
