Don't worry about the scales buy one to keep you on track and when you go to the doctor just know theirs is rigged some how to make you heavier.... I don't know how they do it but they do!! It's a scam!!! :)
That is exactly why I asked about that, I alway weigh more
I agree - weigh yourself first thing in the morning, before you've eaten or drank anything and after you've gone to the bathroom.
I'm not sure there IS a best kind of scale. Unlike alicianicole07, I've never had a scale that wasn't right at 5 lbs off from my doctors (obviously their scale(s) say I'm heavier!!!
ive found, and im sure others will agree, that the morning is the best time to weigh yourself. your weight can fluctuate by quite a few lbs during the day depending on what youve eaten and drank, and in the morning after giving your body a chance to digest and eliminate, you will be at your lightest weight, which i find to motivate me wayyy more! as for the kind of scale, ive found even the cheapest scales are fairly accurate. my scale only cost me $30 and only varies by like a tenth of a pound from the scale at the doctors!
