I've been working out 3 days a wk and I'm still having issues with my inner thighs, what can I do more than the butterfly machine (I call it lol) to help tighten up the thigh area, thanks so much for your info and comments.

Try doing squats Kim...... they seem to work wonders on thighs and lower abdomen.
If available,. get into a Zumba class or two. That exercise seems to work everything.

Try yoga. You can google "yoga videos" and come up with a huge variety that you can do. It's great for toning.
