Is what true about coffee? Like anything, coffee must be included in moderation. 20 cups of coffee sounds like a lot; doesn't it give you the jitters?
hi gillian584! personally, i think you should calm down a little on the coffee. when losing weight, you should get into what your body is, not what you personally like. learn to make warm water your favorite drink on the planet. your body will thank you for it. have a glorious, logical day!
"you should get into what your body is, not what you personally like." I disagree - anyone who gives up everything they like, will not stick with any type of healthy program.
I do think 20 cups of coffee might be excessive, especially, if cream and/or sugar are added to each cup.......
