I go up and down in my weight from 150 - 180 I know how to lose weight quick it comes back after I get comfortable with my self and I start not watching what I eat I'm bad to skip meals alot I just need support on losing weight the healthy way and keeping it off and I really think this app is going to help me. if you have any suggestions that will help me please I want to know what helps you?
