Chronic Stomach problems-Please Help

I am 23 year old male with a healthy record prior to these problems.I was bulemic for one year prior to these chronic issues(I have since stopped)It started five months ago,It started with increased mucus production(it was green). Then it progressed to stomach churning and pains and discomfort in my stomach area that would come and go.I then started to feel stomach churning often that coincided with my breathing(I initially thought there was a problem with my lungs because the feeling of churning would come with my inhale and exhale and i thought it was rales or crackles).I had my lungs checked and there were no problems. One day i started getting strong pains in my stomach area and it lasted for about two days, the night i went to the hospital it felt like there was liquid in my stomach area(when i moved like side to side i could feel like there was liquid moving.)The next day I went to the bathroom and I found a bright slimy green rock looking item in my stools and the pain subsided about 20 minutes after i passed that hard rock like item.It was about the size of a skittle and it was bright slimy green and hard as a rock(under the slimy green, it was white and hard like a rock)The more severe pains have stopped since the passing of that rock like item, but i have constant churning in my stomach, and i still can feel the movement of my stomach that coincides with my breathing(Like my lungs are pressing on my stomach or intestines when i breathe, that is what it feels like). My stools are normally lighter in colored, sometimes it can be really dark and light in the same piece. Its not formed well often like there are peices in it and can be yellowish or whitish.I dont know whats wrong but it hasnt gone away and it is a nuicance and i am concerned if there is a bigger issue here.I was bulemic for one year and have since stopped and thought maybe i messed something up.the stomach issues have stayed chronic with the throat discomfort(clearing throat often, mucus)Besides this my overall health is good and i feel strong.  I did take blood tests when this started and urine and an xray of my chest and all came back within normal levels i was told.I most would like to know what that hard rock like item covered in green slime could be or indicate and what the when i breathe i can feel the churning of my stomach.  Please help, thanks

..sounds like you passed a gallstone to me. And that "churning" sensation is typical of gallbladder disease/gallstones. Mine always kind of "bubbles" and sloshes, like when you're REALLY hungry.

You need an ultrasound to be sure so I'd talk to your doc again and tell him about the weird bowel movements and the gallstone you passed (did it look like a pale, smooth duck egg?)and  don't worry, gall bladder disease is very common and almost always benign.... get well soon!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Difficult to say without evaluation.

The stomach and throat discomfort can be due to a variety of upper GI disorders - such as GERD, ulcers, or gastritis.  I would suggest an upper GI series or upper endoscopy to evaluate for these conditions.

Gallbladder and liver disease can atypically present this way, and can be evaluated with an ultrasound.

The stool symptoms can be evaluated with various stool tests for analysis, possibly ruling out malabsorption or colitis.  Blood tests for celiac disease can also be considered.

These options can be discussed with your personal physician or gastroenterologist.

Followup with your personal physician is essential.

Could it have been a stone from your gallbladder? That is the only kind of green stone I know of that could be connected with your bowels. I would think you would have alot of pain if it was. I would defenitly talk to my GP about it and ask for an Ultra Sound.
