..sounds like you passed a gallstone to me. And that "churning" sensation is typical of gallbladder disease/gallstones. Mine always kind of "bubbles" and sloshes, like when you're REALLY hungry.
You need an ultrasound to be sure so I'd talk to your doc again and tell him about the weird bowel movements and the gallstone you passed (did it look like a pale, smooth duck egg?)and don't worry, gall bladder disease is very common and almost always benign.... get well soon!
i've been having very simular problems, my stomach feels like some fluid is churning and its like it does alot 2 my breathing like something is pressing on my lungs and like my chest gets tight but, eventually it goes away then it comes back, but the doctor checked my lungs and said they where just fine. sometimes it feels like my stomach gets full quick. im going 2 have my intestines checked next week 2 see if they can find anything going on.
Difficult to say without evaluation.
The stomach and throat discomfort can be due to a variety of upper GI disorders - such as GERD, ulcers, or gastritis. I would suggest an upper GI series or upper endoscopy to evaluate for these conditions.
Gallbladder and liver disease can atypically present this way, and can be evaluated with an ultrasound.
The stool symptoms can be evaluated with various stool tests for analysis, possibly ruling out malabsorption or colitis. Blood tests for celiac disease can also be considered.
These options can be discussed with your personal physician or gastroenterologist.
Followup with your personal physician is essential.

The hard stone was white and it was covered in green slime. and it was hard like a rock.
Could it have been a stone from your gallbladder? That is the only kind of green stone I know of that could be connected with your bowels. I would think you would have alot of pain if it was. I would defenitly talk to my GP about it and ask for an Ultra Sound.
