LUQ pain....please help??

Hello,
I'm 30 yr. old female with no prior medical history.I'm hoping to find some possible answers to my medical problems I've been living with for almost a year. About a year ago I developed symptoms of LUQ discomfort and mild pain which was steadily progressing.. I went through many tests, including: 3 CT scans, and MRI,ultrasounds,colonoscopy,3 EGD's,countless blood tests, Barium Swallow,Esophagus study, Esophageal manometry, Gastric Emptying test and probably some that I forgot to mention. All of the tests so far are coming back negative. In the course of this journey I have been diagnosed with possible GERD and was put on PPI's without any relief of symptoms. Then an EGD found an Esophageal Candida which was treated and cured. Pain continues. Then after another EGD a pathology result came back with Barrett's Esophagus.....but no Gi doctor agreed that that could be possible. So 5 months later I had another EGD in a bigger university hospital which ruled out Barrett's and no Barrett's cells were found. At the same time I had a BRAVO capsule inserted and the results were negative for Acid Reflux. The doctor that was doing the latest EGD reported Atrophy in the Antrum, but no inflammation.Biopsies were taken and H.Pylori was ruled out. However the biopsy result did come back with following:
FINAL DIAGNOSIS:
Part 1: Stomach Biopsy
A. Reactive Antral and Oxyntic Mucosa.
B. Negative for Helicobacter.

Part 2: Esophagus, Z-line at 39 cm, Biopsy
A. Reactive squamous and Gastric-type Mucosa.
B. Negative for Intestinal Metaplasia.
As of today I still don't know what is it that is hurting me so bad. Could someone please try to tell me what the latest biopsy result are indicating and what is the diagnosis. I do not take any medication and do not take NSAID's or can't think of anything that I could be taking to damage the gastric mucosa. Is there any way to heal this and how to do it? Thank you for reading this! and your possible reply!
