Pain after Colonoscopy

Hello. I am 20 years old male.  Well my GI Dr performed a colonscopy to check for chrons two years ago...  So two years ago i went for the procedure, they give u a drug which makes you not remember... Well i distinctly remember waking SCREAMING. What i remember was the dr was going around the curve in the lg intestine on my upper left abdominal. Well i remember feeling like something was coming out of my stomach right there, and the nurse was pushing on it telling me it was ok, the doctor was trying to push the scope in over and over, EXTREME PAIN, he then finally got around that curve and i knocked out. The doctor said no problems and i was normal. Well to present time, i have seen three different doctors and had a ultrasound done. Found no reason for my pain. PLEASE HElp, here are my symptoms.. It feels like a bulge on my upper left abdominal, right under my rip. From my left nipple, down about three inches then to my right two inches give or take. It sometimes bulges a little and can be severe stabbing pain. No matter what its a dull pain, sometimes feels better after i empty my bowels COMPLETELy, after like a laxative or some sort, i cant do any ab workouts cause it bloats and hurts. It feels squishy... and feels like my ab is moved down... Is it possible they ripped my ab muscle during the procedure? ive only had a ultrasound done and all my organs are perfectly fine. Please help,, its an annoying pain which causes me frustration everyday of my life :-( Thank you so much Steven. Sorry it was so long

Go to the Dr., It is your penis. Be concerned.

I fell from a 2nd story porch.  I have 4 fractured vertbraes.  This happen 3 days ago.  This morning I noticed my penis was dark purple.  I does not hurt and I am not having trouble urinating.  Why would this happen and do you have any advice.  I will be seeing ortho but again should I be concerned about my penis?

The negative colonoscopy would make lower GI disease less likely.

Left abdominal pain can be due to upper GI disease, or conditions involving the pancreas or spleen.

The colonoscopy should not affect the abdominal muscles.

You can consider an upper endoscopy or CT scan to evaluate the aforementioned possible causes.

These options can be discussed with your personal physician or gastroenterologist.

Followup with your personal physician is essential.
