Problems with Gas, bloating, and black stool

For several days I have been taking a diet pill that included lactobacillus acidophilus in the ingredients (a bacteria to assist in breaking down food in the colon).  I read this bacteria can be very dangerous, cause gas, and all sorts of other things.  I am very scared I harmed myself now by taking this diet drug.  What can I do to rid my body of this bacteria.  I also feel sluggish, have severe cramping, and dizziness.

The bottle mentioned not eating or drinking any dairy products after taking this pill.  Why?

acidophilis puts the good bacteria back into the body, I have never heard of the other   sandra at ***@****
