Upper right quad. pain and bloating

I am a 31 y.o. femlaele who had gone through 2 laparoscopies. After my first one I began having pain and swelling under my right rib. I also have bouts of constipation and diarrhea. After my second Lap. 3 days ago and the Dr. saw nothing of concern, I am still in major pain. Also, I have had, Ct scans, HIDA scan, X-rays. What other testing should be done? Thanks

Yes, I am still in pain, I had a scope done 3 weeks ago, biopsies fine, gallbladder fine. So basically my gastro doc is treating me for IBS, which I probably do have, however, when the pain comes on the area below my rib swells. Anyone know of any pain meds OTC that will help? I have been on tylenol 3 for 3 weeks which helps, but my doc will not prescribe any more...  Thanks

Same symptoms here tmd,  let me know if you find any releif.  I just had the Gb out,  no sucess,   back to the doctor today
