You have had a comprehensive evaluation which would ruled out many of the GI disorders.
You can consider more specialized tests like an ERCP with Sphincter of Oddi manometry, which would rule out Sphincter of Oddi dysfunction.
A 24-hr pH study can definitive rule out GERD, and an esophageal motility study can evaluate for motility disorders. These are more specialized tests that can be discussed with your personal physician.
Followup with your personal physician is essential.

I was having those same problems. They did not remove my gallbladder, but we flushed it out, which was a learning experience. That was after I was diagnosed with H.pylori, which was treated successful and is now negative. I had the ultra sound which shows an enlarged liver (fatty liver) I look like I am 8 months pregnant and have no fat on my body to speak of. I weigh 204 and I am 5'11 inches. I have gotten my digestive system up and running with the Toiletta toilet tool, and the Bristol Stool Chart. That helped me with my fluids, fiber and daily elimination (was a couple of times a week, to now 3 times a day) which is a normal #4 on the and the consistence of a ripe banana. That is where the Toiletta toilet tool comes in. Without it, you don't know where your at. I am still having pain, but not like before. Most recent I had the saliva test for parasites. I am in treatment now and the results are promising. I wish I could tell you what I am taking, but I can not. Wal-Mart did not have the anti-biotic I needed so I am doing a homeopathic treatment. I take 15 drops 3 times a day. It is designed to kill the worms and eggs that are in my intestines. The saliva test is a new test that can detect 5 different types of tape worms. Some of these creatures can be life threatening. The are getting more and more common because of the improperly washed veggies grown in sewage that are being imported. The Toiletta is available on line, for 5 bucks. The saliva test needs to be taken with several samples for a couple of days and then shipped via airmail express to the lab. The tape worms explain lots of problems, such as a skin rash, blurred vision, dry skin, constipation, and sleep problems. Don't forget to take your flax seed, to help heal your intestines, if you need fiber. I am 2 weeks into the treatment, all is not well but getting better.
Your pain could be due to scar tussie developing after your surgery. Was you gall blader removed by surgery or the other way? I too had my gall blader removed in 2006 and had pain for months afterwards. If your gall blade was not removed surgically then you had 3 holes placed in your body and one of those was near your naval...and I too had pain there although the pain did eventually go away.
It has been a little over 1 year since mine was taken out and just now can I feel my body starting to adjust...it takes time. I know this is hard to do but if you have had several tests run and they all are coming back I would not worry too much about something else being wrong. Like I said...it could be scar tissue.
