Stomach spams, increased hunger, tiredness

I am a twenty-something female - symptoms began about a week ago.  Severe stomach muscle spasms - feels like someone is twisting a towel back and forth in my stomach.  I've also experienced feelings of tiredness and achiness.  The spasms wake me up at night....initially, I thought they were hunger pangs but they continue even after I eat.  This leaves me feeling hungry all day.  How long should I let this persist before I see a doctor? Is there any over-the counter treatment that you recommend?  Bowel movements have been normal.

Thank you.

I WOULD GO TO THE DOCTOR NOW. WHEN YOU HAVE SUCH SYMPTOMS IT IS NOT A GOOD IDEA TO SELF DIAGNOSE.IF YOU SEEING YOUR FAMILY DOCTOR SEE IF HE OR SHE WILL RECOMEND A GASTRO / DIGESTIVE SPECIALEST TO YOU, AS THEY ARE MORE QUALIFIED IN THE  AREA OF DIGESTIVE PROBLEMS AND OTHER RELATED ORGANS. GOOD LUCK

Hey! I'm 17, female and I've been having what sounds like very similar problems to yours! I'm so glad I'm not alone, but I'm also a bit anxious to discover whats going on inside me! I've recently had a couple of blood samples taken and I am waiting for the results so hopefully there will be some sort of help for me!
