WHAT IS THIS!??

My symptoms are driving me nuts! Its the same everyday and if anyone can give me some suggestions, that'd be great :

After eating, i get super spaced out, slightly confused, and my head feels really heavy.  This last for hours after every meal.
I also wake up extremely fatigued as well along with this.

Its really starting to scare me, and i dont know what it is.
I've had ruled out IBS, Crohn's, Colitis...

I try to go on day by day without trying to show im suffering, but now its getting bad...
Please someone help!

Maybe you are lacking digestive enzymes.  If the food isn't digesting properly it will make you tired etc..  Or maybe you have a food allergy.  Have you seen a Naturopath?  They are good at checking out diet related problems and allergies etc..  Or just try some natural 'plant digestive enzymes'.  These are in Health shops or chemists and help with digestion of food.  If meals affect you so bad what happens if you are on liquids all day?  Do they also zap your brain energy?  Hope you sort the problem out.  Have the doctors suggested anything for you to do?

It sounds to me like anxiety!

Don't read this and immediatley think "You're wrong!"
because i know alot of people, when they think somethings wrong with them, wont believe anything else except that they have some kind of disease or condition, not stress of anxiety.

Talk to your doctor about this, and be open to all suggestions,
keep an open mind, and you'll get back to normal faster than you think.

Most people also say, "But im not stressed! Im not thinking about my health!" BUT
Stress or anxiety can creep up on you even when you're not thinking about anything assoiciated...
something to do with subconcious.
The brain is a powerful thing.

I have gotten tests for fasting glucose, as well as the test where you take a sugar drink, wait 2 hours then get  a blood test.  Both came back normal.
I haven't had a test for reactive hypoglycemia though.
I'll see...
Other than that,
I wonder if its something neurological,
because it mainly involves my brain power after eating.
It just doesnt want to work..

As far as the candida goes, i dont want to be taking medicine or going through a diet that has no science behind it.  The only book i know of about it is by William Crook,
and its where everyone else gets their info from.
If you look extensively anywhere else, you find nothing.

Just a quick clarification.  Make sure you tell the doctor to check for REACTIVE Hypoglycemia.  Hypoglycemia that diabetics get is different and more likely to show up on blood work because it occurs when fasting.  The reactive kind happens after eating...so the blood work must be done then, I think.  You probably aren't diabetic now, but it could develop...so best to get blood sugars under control.  I really think this sounds like what is hapenning to you so be sure to ask a doc.

Sorry For Posting Here I can never seem to be able to post
Hi my name is Darcy I am 26 years of age and I am overwieght but I have
been dieting for more than 6 months and am slowly loosing the wieght thats not my problem
my problem started when i was 18 Years old I was with my family on a trip
when I had a sudden shooting pain down my left arm to my ring finger and
back up my arm then a sense of panic or a sense of doom,so we went to the nearest
hospital and they said it was a combination of stress and Reflux(The vacation was very stressfulee),A few days
later our trip ended and I then had continual stabbing pain in my chest
a freind of our family told me that her husband had a major heart attack
and died just after he started having the same pains I had,so this sent me into
a panic the pain got worse,911 was called and I was rushed to the emrgency room
where they said it was a panic attack. And sent me home. The next day I went
to see my family DR. and he sent me for some tests Upper GI,Ultrasound,I dont
know what its called but they sent a scope down my throat with a camera on the
end,and also a heart specialist. Now all the tests showed nothing. So he gave
me something to control the heartburn. Now ever since i was 18 these pains come
back occasionally and every time I think I am dying so i go to the E.R.
and they do the regualar blood workup and EKG.Up To about a month ago I have Just lived with this
thinking it was nothing.Until one night I was driving and the middle of my
chest started to have spasms vey tight with the pain going to the left side of my
body. There was 3 very intense and scary spasms then one slightly less intense
spasms(got very tight then let go).So i went straight to the E.R. and they said its just
Reflux agian. So I went with it.A week later I was getting the regular chest
pains but I felt very Ill like I was being poisened or something and with
that came this headache that was just overwhelming and my head was extermely
hot while the rest of my body was nice and cool.It was so bad I couldnt
concentrate on work.I just wasnt thinking right at all.So I went to my Dr.
the next day and he took my Blood Pressure And It was 150/100 which he said
was more than likely the cause of the Ill feeling and the headaches
he said it was from Anxiety Or Stress And gave me LORAZEPAM to relax me
and RANITIDINE for the chest pains(REflux)then sent me for a Kidney
ultrasound to check for Adrenal Tumors
that came up negative thank god. Then he sent me for an EKG which was fine
now that all the results are back I feel A littel better and MY Blood Pressure
is down to normal 130/80 but I still get the Headache Chest Pain Very Hot Head And Ill Feeling.
I will let you know that 1 year ago I was diagnosed with sleep apnea but its under control.
I am going out of my mind here I cant enjoy a moment of my life.
Does anyone have any advice for me.
I am so frustrated I could cry literally
This board is great

Have you had your blood sugar tested?  Sounds a bit like hypoglycemia.  My cat (would you believe) is diabetic, and he gets this way if he does not eat,it is like he is a bit drunk.  I have heard of it happening right after meals in people (called reactive hypoglycemia, I think).  You might be diabetic or have some other blood sugar problem.  Check out this link

...your case isn't as severe as some, but I would look into this possibility.  Might be very easy to remedy with dietary approach!  I think eating certain types of foods can trigger it.  Good luck.
