Yellow Stools

I have recently had Gastric Bypass surgery.  Since my surgery I have had yellow stools.  Also my PTT was elevated slightly and my potassium is low.  Several other people (post op GBS) who I chat w/ online say that their stools are also yellow.  I am wondering if this has something to do with the liver.  I have also read in a post on this site that food passing through the colon too fast can turn yellow.  Any comments are welcome!

Thanks,
EXXCENTRIX

Bilirubin (in your Gallbladder) is responsible for the regular, brown coloring of your stool.  If your stool is off color or yellow, the bile emitting system is not functioning properly.  Eith you have some problems with your Gallbladder or with your liver.
