I have diarrhea at least once a month, All my peers get it about twice a year.

Why do I get it so much?

Could be irritable bowel syndrome. Once a month is not alot. You should consult your physician for any questions you have about your diarrhea.

Could be a food allergy, lactose intolerance, or some other type of food sensitivity. Try to pinpoint the foods and/or circumstances that surround the diarrhea. Keeping a food log can be helpful.
