unidentified dental abcesses and G.I.medicine and dentists interdiscipline info

Why is there an apparent lack of communication between medical disciplines that are vitally important to the correct and complete  diagnosis?......Like . ".oh, by the way, your miserable internally distressed patient just might have a dental abcess that refuses to manifest itself in the customary manner."
Some rude, inconsiderate abcesses do that.   Nicee.....a 3 time victim (how soon we forget).......Make that.."for every child a tooth and then some"

Because these events take them outside of their respective fields of practice with the only common link being:

1. The patients spoken word
2. Prior medical history
