2 year old Chihuahua suddenly died

My 2 year old Chihuahua Bear  suddenly died. Yesterday I picked him up from a sitter and on the way home he started panting heavy and had this terrified look on his face.I immediately pull over and take him inside a store to cool down and get some water. He seemed fine and was back to being Bear. Today I get a call he suddenly died. Sitter said Bear was experiencing same symptoms as yesterday but with convulsions. Can someone please help? I dont have a lot of money and so cant afford autopsy. I just need some closure.  Bear was my world. He came into my life when I need companionship the most and pulled me out of a deep depression. I love you Brewski. I miss you so much..

Oh My....I too, am so sorry for your loss......These two episodes sound like seizures to me......Quite often, the reason for them is never found.......I'm not sure a Necropsy would even help.......Seizures usually come out of no where & happen quickly......Unfortunately, Little Chi's seem to be very susceptible to them as they are small and fragile.......

I know your heart is broken & it's awful.......Time will make you feel alittle better......I personally don't think that Hearts Heal, they just make room for more Love to enter.....Take care of yourself and know that although his life was too short, he was very much "LOVED"......Who could ask for more?  I wish you comfort for the days to come......Sincerely, Karla

RIP Little Bear-----Your Dad will greet you at "The Rainbow Bridge" someday.....

Oh so sorry to hear of the loss of Bear and so young. Any chance he got into some type of poison?  Without a necropsy, there is probably no way to determine the cause.  I am so sorry for your loss.
