Gave dog Tussin

My dog starting sneezing late last night so we thought she had a cold. I google if we can give her tussin cough syrup and it said we can. I gave her a little adult Tussin around 1130pm (which has active guaifenessin in it). She didn't sleep at all last night and neither did I. So this morning around 6am as I was getting ready for work so she still seemed in pain so I gave her a pain medication that she had left over from her surgery a few years ago. Now it's 5 pm and she won't really move she just stands there with her head down. I called the vet they told me to call animal poison and they want a lot of money which I don't have to just tell me what do. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know.

The vet doesn't know what to do. They told me to call animal poison center.

Go to the vet. NOW. Sell stuff if you need the money to do it. Do NOT wait.
