I agree with peekawho. Check for anything, Is it still continuing? I know you said she does not have a uti, but there could be other issues. It seems very weird that she is urinating all of a sudden. has she urinated in the house lately? or just her crate?

First and foremost, have her checked by the vet if you haven't already.  Even if she looks fine, she could be having a problem.

Is she getting out of it enough, or is the crate where she lives most of her life?  If she's locked up while everyone is at work/ school, and then again all night long, that's too long.

She has been crated since she was a puppy--she had accidents at first but then did fine.  Her crate is large enough for her to stand/sleep in--she will pee right on her blanket and then still sleep on it--

how long have you been crate training her? and also how big is the crate? does she have enough room to sleep on one side and urinate in the other? When I crate trained, I used the extender gate and made the crate larger and larger after she was fully trained and full grown.

let me know
