The blood clot MAY be nothng to worry about, but dogs can have spontaneous abortions. There are a number of causes, from fungal infections, to hormonal imbalance. Usually there is more bleeding, and sometimes an expelled fetus can be seen.
I think however, that the best idea would be to take her to the vet for a thorough check. The vet may want to do an ultrasound.
