Dog isn't eating and keeps being sick

Hi my female Staffordshire bull terrier had her puppies 10 weeks ago there are no longer with her but last week I had to take her to vets as she had an infection in one of her nipples now for the last three days she as not eaten she as the same snap every day and as done for the last two years she's not eating and keeps being sick but it's really flemmy I need help any advice please as I'm really worried

You are going to have to take her back to the vet to be checked, maybe re-hydrated via IV? And the cause found.
A dog who vomits once or twice, then after a short fast is OK again, that's normal. Repeated vomiting is not normal, and can easily lead to dehyration if the dog can't even keep water down which is dangerous in itself.
Does she have any vaginal discharge? Or is her belly distended? If yes to either or both, she could have Pyometra (womb infection) which is an emergency. Also she would probably be running a fever (above 102 degrees)
