English Mastiff making weird breathing noise?

I just got a year old English mastiff a couple of days ago. 2 nights ago he got really excited and was running and jumping around every where. A little bit after that he started breathing really weird after drinking some water. I kinda sounds like an airy sneeze or almost like he needs to cough to get rid of it but won't. Now just a little bit ago I took him outside and it seemed is irine stream was very slow. I don't know if these are related or even anything to worry about. I am a first time Mastiff owner and just want to be sure. If you can help it'd be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Thank you so much for the response! Yeah, I showed the video to a vet yesterday and that's what she thought it was also. I guess it could be happening since I just got him a couple of days ago he's adjusting to a new environment and everything. Yes the link you showed me is quite close to what he does. Thanks! Haha, all the videos of reverse sneezing I was findong before had a lot of throght noise too so I wasn't sure. But now I'm confident he's doing well. I'll be taking him to the vet probably this weekend just to kinda get aquanted there I guess you could say haha. Again, thank you so much!

....sorry -meant to add this:
especially if you have any worries about him passing urine as well.

Examples of reverse sneezing on you tube:

I have heard a vet say that it CAN be caused by an allergen in the environment, but if it only happens rarely and is over in a minute or two it's probably nothing to worry about.

But please don't take my word for it! If what you see in the videos is not like what is happening to your dog, please see a vet.

I am so sorry I couldn't locate the video on google drive. It just didn't work, and came up with a 'page not found.'

I am wondering....could this be what is known as a 'reverse sneeze'? I think there are short videos on you tube of examples of reverse sneezes in dogs. Some dogs do it differently to others, but you might get the general idea.
If it IS that, it is harmless and very common.

But if there is any doubt at all, and it carries on happening, get him checked out by a vet.
