i have a ONE week old puppy, hes wining, wont feed, and is very weak!

I'm really sorry to hear that your little pup didn't make it. Poor little thing...you tried for him. Sometimes there is one in a litter that doesn't make it, a little weak one. He might have only been here for a short time, but he must have sensed he was cared for.
Did you have a litter? I would STRONGLY, (I am not yelling at you, just stressing how urgent this is) GO TO THE VET ASAP! Even if they are close go to the VetER.. Please do this if you don't want to lose this little guy. I pray that eveything turns out well...
