Help for my chihuahua he was attacked

My chihuahua was resting & my friend's Pitbull came up and ripped him out of his little bed and tossed him around in the air and threw him down on the ground like a rag doll. He tried to eat his head off, I intervened & the pitbull bit me twice but I was determined to rip open his jaws and get my dog loose, My dog is all swollen from his top half and up & he can barely move & I can barely touch him. I gave him some chewable aspirin but I'm so scared. I don't want him to die. I don't know if he may have internal bleeding; how do I know to make sure? You can't even really touch him without him crying out in so much pain? He just looks at me with so much pain in his eyes, I feel so horrible. I don't have money for a vet I'm practically disabled for the past couple years I've been fighting a disability case & I'm staying at my friends place. I don't know what to do but he's like almost 11 years old & he's my last little baby I can't lose him. He barely moves around he's so swollen I just don't know what to do. He just looks so different, anyone any help or advice please it would be so appreciated & be eternally grateful.

I am so deeply sorry about what has happened to your little dog.
The only thing I can possibly suggest, is to get him to a vet. Is there any way you could arrange to borrow the money from a bank...or a friend, or anyone?

Poor little  thing. I hope he will recover. I can just feel all the love you have for him. Bless him, and I hope he'll be okay.

(Sorry, I clicked enter before I thought of this) Also be careful giving him aspirin if you suspect he may have internal bleeding. Aspirin can make it worse. He desperately needs a vet.

Some vets help out with people that don’t have the ability to pay. People donate to vet clinics for people that can’t pay. Check in to that especially if on a fixed income
