That is so sad but you aren't giving much information.  Are these puppies?  From the same place?  Did they get sick?  Any chance there is something around they are getting into?  Were they taken to the Vet?  Symptoms?  Possible poisoning or Parvo?
Sorry you've gone through this.  I don't think I would bring any other dogs until/unless you can figure this out.

When a person looks into buying a dog, where they get the dog from often times determines how well the dog will do. For instance, if you buy a puppy from a "backyard breeder" or from a pet store where puppies are brought in from "puppy mills" you have a great chance of bringing home a sick puppy. Often times puppies are sold before the age of 8-12 weeks of age which is NEVER good. Puppies learn social skills from their littermates and from their dam during those weeks and if removed too soon can have aggression and seperation issues going on as they grow. They learn bite inhibition during those weeks of life; they learn it from their littermates as well as from the mother. Backyard breeders want your money; they do not understand breeding and do not understand how to raise a healthy litter; that starts with the parents, not the puppies. Grandparents of the puppies have more to do with the puppies and how well they turn out than the actual parents, so you need to understand the grandparents and health issues they may also have. If your puppy died within a short time, you need to get your money back; if your gransdmother got a replacement puppy from the same litter; that is a sick litter and again, she needs to get her money back and go to a reputable breeder for a puppy.

Oh my goodness! You have been through a lot in such a short space of time! I am so very sorry these things happened. You have my sympathy. I know what the grief is like, but what happened to you is unusually sad.
But did you have any idea what the two dogs died from? What happened?
