This sound disturbing to me because of 2 of my babys got the same discription of symptoms, and I am sorry but I think you really should take you'r baby to the vet. And as soon as possible. My girls had these symptoms ,well let me ask you, is there any bleeding from the nose, mainly when they sneeze and just a little blood sprays out, or is there any brusing on the body any where?
Does the baby ack like he or she is sore like in the muscles or joints? If you take the baby to the vet ask them to run a test for tick disease. It is some awfull crap the get from a simple tick bit and it only takes one, my girls never had a tick ,on the one girl never saw the tick and on the other I did see it. What happens is the tick fever wont let their blood clot, and it takes a few days, but the stop eating and drink very little water, they get tired really easy and fast. If coought in time they can give antibiotice andf steroids. But it needs to be cought fast. Good luck and keep us informed. Samantha

Can you be a little more specific? Breed and age of dog? Seeing any mucus or blood? Any vomiting? Any chance the dog invested something around the house or yard? Up to date on shots?
Good that she is drinking as you don't want her to get dehydrated. You might try adding some Pedialyte to the water. If she is not repeating at all,mg uses you don't have to fast her. Try cooking up some chicken ( no skin) and some rice and see if she will eat small amounts a few times a day of that and tolerate it. Mi hesitate saying to use an anti-diarrheal as you are not sure of the cause and may be a blockage.
Try the light diet but if you notice no difference in 24 hours or she gets worse, please take her into your Vet and take a fresh stool sample with you.
