I can't decide what to do - kidney failure

Hi all. I am so conflicted.

Our dog is 16 and going through kidney failure. It's been a hard few years with her. She went blind overnight about three years ago and never fully was herself again. She started vomiting a lot about 8 months ago and I took her to the vet and was told her kidneys were failing and we probably only had a couple of weeks. We started doing fluid injections every other day along with anti nausea pills and appetite stimulant. Cut to eight months later and she's doing a bit better, until recently. She just seems down. She isn't vomiting. She just seems depressed now. She sleeps a lot and seems to love sleep more than anything. We feed her mostly beef baby food and jerky treats and sometime chicken. She eats ok, I think she would like other food but she also has pancrititus so we have to be careful how we feed her.

My question is can you help me with deciding if it's time? Her quality of life isn't great, being blind, the pancrititus, having no teeth and kidney failure! But she's strong (I can't believe how strong she is) and my first love. She's been with me through: three cities, two countries, before I was married or knew my husband, 6 jobs, three houses, before I had a kid.16 years!

I've never cried harder than when I knew she was in kidney failure or when she went blind overnight.

She still loves me holding her and cuddling and pets by my husband, but that's about it...

Help!
