I have little bumps/pimples

I started getting bumps under my belly button and its spreading around my pubics and on to my penis as well.. very small very small little bumps some bigger then others. some go away and leave a mark but more are coming out in other places. I cant really pop them cause their not pimples just kinda scratch them off. sometimes after showers or when my belt is tight they get itchi. what is this?

You posted your comment on the dog site, was that your intention??? Did you try to locate the other site on this website that post comments about skin irritations??
Sounds though, like heat rash, try medicated powder?? Good Luck...
