Is my Dog sick

I just got Koda, a  4 year old female Siberian Husky about 2 weeks ago. We took her to get checked up and got all her shorts and care she needs, and the vet said she was a healthy beautiful dog.

She is a great dog and happy, very active but not as much in the heat which I understand due to her fur.
But lately I've notice she has been acting strange. This morning she woke up early (rare) and was just quietly crying/whimpering - when she needs to go out to use the bathroom she jumps on the bed and licks me - so i got up and took her out to see maybe she had to go but all she did was slowly made her way to the outside and laid in the grass and then moved to the dirt pile we have and laid there - still is laying there, it's been an hour - i noticed when having her head up she is shaking, in a way that looks like she cant keep her head up or that maybe she is struggling to stay still. Then she began the quiet cry/ whimper again.

This was really out of the blue, she normally comes right back in after the morning break. Then waits later for her many walks/ runs around the neighborhood. And she never cries unless I leave the house which is rare, plus It's a full house so she is never alone so the crying is never quiet -howling- and never like this.

Is she depressed, or is she in pain? I'm worried and I do hope to help her so she can be happy and healthy.

This does sound like she is in pain. Shaking and crying like this signifies pain.
It may be only a slight problem...like a urinary infection or something...You don't know until she's been properly checked out.
I hope she is better soon.
Please let us know how she is, if you get time.
