I am a veterinary technician. It sounds like she is not happy about the changes(as if you hadn't figured that out on your own). You dont normally see incogntience at this age so I would not think that was the problem. The best advice I have for you is if she has a bed, blanket, toy; anything that she is attached to try to leave it where you have always kept it in the house as long as you can. You need to keep something familiar. If that doesnt work you may want to contact your local vet. I have seen amitryptaline given to cats for this problem, so maybe it can be used on dogs too and if not there may be another drug that can.
We are moving too, and I know the amount of stress involved. Our dog has been okay so far, but perhaps yours is picking up on the stress and turmoil going around. When he gets settled in, hopefully things will calm down. Good Luck, hope he straightens out, you don't need anything more to deal with right now.
First of all, it is 'normal' poop -isn't it?
So it's not that you feel she has anything physically wrong with her?
OK it sounds very much like she is very very uneasy, and is either nervous, or 'marking territory' or something like that. She senses the move coming.
I can understand the reason for what she's doing but darned if I can give you an answer --what to do about it and how to stop her.
Obviously you don't want the same in your new house, but she might be inclined to 'mark' when she gets there too.....
Please, someone come along who just knows what to do about this!! I'm sorry to be so useless!
