My Dog vomits only when he drinks water.

Why does my dog vomit water up?
I can feed him and he will eat and it stays down.  If he drinks water, he empties the contents of his stomach within a few minutes after having drunken.  This condition started a week and half ago after several seizures. Also, since then, his mobility in his rear legs is very wobbly.  In many cases, as he is urinating or defecating, he loses balance or is fatigued and plops into his urine or feces. Initially, he lost all mobility in his rear legs and I had to carry him to urinate.  He did not defecate for about 3 days.  Currently, his feces is runny, which I believe is due to his change in diet from dog food, which he refuses to eat, to baked chicken or an egg based recipe of a medley of things to include potatoes.

Completely agree ... your dog needs a vet. This is rapidly developing into an emergency, because if he vomits up any water he is drinking, he will very quickly become dehydrated and that can be FATAL. Don't leave this another day!!!

Yes, you dog definitely needs to be seen by a Vet!!  These are some serious symptoms you are describing and beyond what you should be trying to treat at home.  Please get him in ASAP!

Okay. He's not just vomiting...he has diarrhea, has had several seizures within the past week, he has lost proper mobility in his back legs, falling into his urine or feces...
If that were you, wouldn't you check in to see a doctor?
He needs to see a vet.
