I agree, take her to a vet ASAP. Also, if she is not eating Im assuming shes also not drinking. Maybe use a dropper to give her water so she doesnt dehydrate.

Such a young pup can get sicker very quickly.  You need to get her to a Vet right away.  It may be Parvo.
