Oh my it has been too long since I've delivered a litter...Ginger
may be onto something..your mama may well have retained a
placenta...did you count each "sack" the afterbirth each puppy
came in,each pup would have one..if she had 3 pups she would
have 3 sacks..if not she may well still have one inside, this may
be causing her pain or making her feel sick.
Oxy would help expell this or any left or crud inside her,if we'd
not gotten so far down the road you could have used calcium
to be sure her contractions explelled residue or a placenta...
as it would help her in a natural way to keep contractions at
a constant level, her own body making the contractions strong
NOW you'll need to use a chemical means to clean her out....
this may not be what is going on(?) but an Oxy shot will not
hurt her just to be sure she is clean and clear after her pups.
I'm sorry I didn't think of this sooner but I have not done any
breeding for almost 10 years now and it just did not come to
mind right away until Ginger brought up the Oxytocin...you
might also ask your vet to give her antibiotics after the Oxy
shot as retained placenta can easily cause left over infection.

That is brilliant advice which Jan gave you (above)

It is very urgent that you do something of course, or the pups will die very quickly.
At the very least, hold her, as Jan said she had done, so the pups can nurse, while you are figuring out other solutions. Your dog might not like that, but it will help to save the pups' lives. Be determined, but as gentle as possible and say sweet things to her so you don't upset her too much.

I have a sudden thought....
Can you call your vet and ask him if an injection of Oxytocin might be appropriate, and might help the mother? (tell him it's urgent -and why)

Something you might try I did on a first time Mom that would not care for the pups or let them nurse.
Yes, I kept them separated.  I would put the pups on the Mom to nurse while I held her and used encouraging words.  If Mom is not lucking the pups, you have to stimulate them Epsom they will potty.  Easiest way us to use a cotton ball with warm water on it and squeeze out some of the water.  Hold the puppy and gently rub the cotton ball on the tummy, down into the rectum.  You can use small, circular motions under the tail to try and get them to have a bowel movement.
Now, take the cotton balls and hold one up to the Mom's face and let her smell it.  She may or may not lick it but, hopefully, she will.  Take a cotton ball you have some puppy per on and rub it on the top of her front legs.  Hopefully, she will lick that.  The goal being to get her familiar with her pups smell and taste.  IF she settles and is not being aggressive, hold a puppy stomach side up with the pup's rear San near her face and see if she will smell and lick it.  Any sign of aggression, take the puppy away.  This may take a couple of days and "may" work.  Do not leave her unsupervised with the pups.
You may have to supplement feed the pups.  You can use canned goat's milk.
Most don't know how to tube feed so get a tiny bottle.  Make sure, after each feeding, you potty the pups.  It is the Mom's licking that stimulates them to lee and poop.
You should seriously think about getting her spay.
Please keep us updated.

Ok so I had a mama who also refused to feed her pups,
I took her in every 3 hours, held her down, let the pups
nurse, took the mother out because MY mom would've
hurt her puppies.( I never bred her again) I did have her
spayed a month after she had her pups,I suggest very
strong that you do the same, your dog is not meant to be
a mother.
After the pups reach about 3 weeks old,you can feed
them every 4 hours FEED THEM AROUND THE CLOCK
DAY AND NIGHT so set your alarm clock, you need to get
up for them.
NOT ALL dogs are meant to be mothers, some are just
meant to be loved and yes, I DO still have that dog,she
is very loving. In fact, she was a dog 'I had to have' out of
a spacific line to use for breeding,I had her flown here at
4 months old from South America, just because she did
not want puppies,I still love her,she just turned 11 years
old, couldn't ask for a sweeter dog.
NOW THE HARD PART...START THIS RIGHT NOW or
your puppies will dehydrate and die very quick...unless
you are lucky enough to find a "foster mom" to accept
and raise them..IT IS UP TO YOU TO SAVE THEM.
This means extra work for you:

First: you need to be sure the pups are kept warm at all
times, I had a heating pad set ON LOW and a very soft
blanket over the heating pad please...DO NOT use any
heat lamp over the top as it can burn the puppies.I had
kept mine in a wire excercise, circle closed pen,I put
down pee pads on the floor, kept them in a medium
size, soft dog bed with high sides, took them out when I
brought the mom dog in to feed them, then I took the
mom back away from them. When they got older and
bigger I went to a soft high side dog bed,a large one.
ALWAYS FEED THE SMALLEST puppy/puppies first
then set back in the bed, let the bigger puppies nurse
when they littlest ones are done, puppies will nurse
then they tend to fall asleep, some just stop nursing
but do not just put the mom in there and leave them,
put the bigger pups on a different *** to nurse, don't put
them on the ones the little ones already used.
AFTER THEY EAT...
Two: YOU will need to clean the puppies to be sure all
go "potty",use a wet piece of guaze or a warm NOT
hot wash rag, wipe them between their legs so they can
all pee.(mom dogs usually do this to clean them,to make
them pee,they lick the puppies.
Three: use a clean wash rag or soft guaze( damp) and
wipe their rear ends so they can go poo,do this also
each time you feed them, after they go pee,if you do not
do this they will not live.
WIPE VERY EASY, do not rub them hard when you clean
them or you will make them raw and sore.
The puppies usually can potty on their own when they are
about 3or4 weeks of age,IF YOU have stimulated, cleaned
them up to this point,if there are slower pups, you will be
doing this until you can see them doing it by themself.
Four: You will need to very easy rub each puppy so they
get loving feelings ( if mom will not do this) and you can't
trust her to be left in with the puppies, she would lick them
to stimulate the puppies.
Puppies need to feel stimulated and touched BY YOU or
they will not grow and thrive, just rub them very slow
and easy like you would rub the back on a small child or
a baby...they need to be touched and feel loved.
YOU will need to keep doing this for the next 5 to 6 weeks
until you can wean them and start feeding regular food.
PLEASE GO ON LINE and read everything you can so
you know what you need to do to raise these puppies,
there is very good information out there to help you...I
just gave you a bit of information to get you started...
this was a "crash course" BUT NOT ALL you will need
to know to raise this litter of pups.
I hope things work out for both you and the little ones...
Please come back and let us know how things are going
I wish you a good chance, good luck to start them so they
make it.
