My dog has a very hard abdomen

8 yr old Carindoodle, 10 lbs, she has a very hard abdomen, tremors/shakes in hind quarters refuses to jump up or down. On evening walk she just stopped & went into a down position & refused to walk any further. After some massage, she walked ok. Her ears are also being carried back, not loose as normal.

She needs to be checked by the vet. I cannot diagnose what is wrong with her.
Some suggestions....she may have a back problem, and her abdominal muscles are tensing?
I would take her to the vet as soon as possible, and until she is examined, do not allow her to jump up onto anything even if she can. If she has to get in the car, lift her gently. Same with stairs.
I hope she will be okay and hopefully it is not very serious. But only a vet can tell what's wrong. He/she will probably run bloodwork and may do an x-ray etc.
