Oh my gosh! I am so sorry to be so late in replying. It has been days since you posted.
What has happened? Did the pups find the nipples and start to feed? I do hope so.
In a situation like this the best thing to do, is first check that the mother is producing milk by gently massaging then pulling on the nipple. Then the pup can be set onto the nipple to feed. Each one in turn.
If any milk isn't being produced, and/or pups are unresponsive, or the mother won't lie still to let them feed, then that is urgent, and you need to speak to the vet. It's not the end of the world so long as it's dealt with, in the quickest possible time, as puppy formula can be given by bottle feed. But you would have to be quick about getting the pups that veterinary help, or they would be in great danger.
