My golden retriever puppy is suffering from tick fever.

Hi friends . I have a golden retriever puppy who is 8 month old now. He has had the following symptoms and the vet told that it is tick fever .
1. Loss of weight  (14 KG now)
2.loss of appetite
3.he has become very anaemic. His gums look pale and his coat has become pale white.
4. He has become so weak that he Isnt able to stand also and is always sleeping.

I was following doctors and medicines since he got suffered. Now a  day’s also um following the treatments. But he is so weak in this movement. He is not eating.  When I give him dog foods ,  milk , rice , fishes ( cow milk available in packets boiled and mixed with water) he doesn't drink it. But he only like to eats biscuits.  I don’t know what I must give him to improve his appetite so that he would gain some weight.  Please guys help me to survive him. I need your help. 
