If you gave her a good multi-wormer that should take care of any tapeworm she might have. The best wormer in my opinion is one that is prescribed by a vet. (I used to use the over-the-counter ones for my dog because they worked. But they would give her nausea and vomiting which the prescribed ones didn't.)
If the vet has said there's nothing to worry about then really your next thing is to keep a good eye on her for any continuing of symptoms, worsening of symptoms, or refusal to eat after a day or so. A healthy dog should eat, and if not, there could well be some pain, or something else wrong.
Fleas and worms usually do go together. But if she has been wormed with a good wormer, and de-flead with a good quality flea treatment that should have done the trick(again a prescribed one is best. Some over the counter flea treatments are nothing less than toxic, and ought to be taken off the market.)
she also just got over having fleas but we dont know if she a had worms or not but we got thoughs taken care of just in case..but she could also have a tape worm im not to sure
we took her to the vet a couple days ago and the vet said she had a little fever not to worry about, but said the limping could be a sign of pans diease found in german shephards.. but i dont think that it and basically they said she fine but its been a couple days since she was in there, but she's the same.
No. I would definitely take her to the vet to get checked out. A 'heat' cycle never normally causes a dog to feel ill like you describe. It's not the same as a period, they don't get cramps, and as far as I have ever observed in female dogs they do not usually get lethargic, or sick.
Sometimes after a heat cycle has ended -maybe a few weeks later, they can display odd symptoms such as being a little off food, breast swelling, whining, 'mothering' toys, etc...those would be symtoms of what's called "False Pregnancy"
But as I say I have never seen signs of illness as a natural event during a heat cycle.
If she is limping a little, then that might be the cause of her feeling bad. She may well have pain in a limb, maybe only a muscle sprain or something, but dogs often refuse food when they are in pain. So I would have her seen by the vet.
