Prolonged Fever in My dog- any medical answers for that??

My dog came down with signs of fever about 2 weeks ago. I took her to a 2 clinics up till now and have been running series of tests to diagnose the underlying cause, but all of her tests up till now have come back negative, only one blood test which the white blood cells test had an indication of a high white blood cells but not high. I still have so many tests to undergo as well. I'm extremely desperate to figure out what is making her sick.

I did the biochemistry blood test and it should nothing. I did the ultrasound test and they said they excluded so many desease but didn't show what she might have. I did chest X-rays 3 views and still have to do the 4DX, joint taps, urine analysis and urine culture. I still don't have the results yet, and she has to see a specialist. She is taking clevasaptin as an antibiotic which is not quite helping because she's still on fever, so 2 days ago they added another antibiotic called Doxycycline. They also have her an injection of metacam which they said it will reduce her temperature but the temperature elevated. She's given other medication for food stimulate but it is not working. I tried all kinds of food but she is refusing to eat properly.
She's been in an out for the past 2 weeks on IV for almost 9 days in total to help maintain her temperature so that she can eat and drink as well, because she's loosing her Appetite.

She is a very active dog and always happy and she is extremely friendly with everyone. Seeing her in this way makes me so devistated. Not to mention how much money I've payed up till now which I simply can't afford anymore but desperately need to do more tests to find solutions. I need answers, solutions to help her. Any suggestions or is there anyone who had the same issue and got out with solution with the vets!!!!

Sorry- I mean the white blood cells were higher than average but not too high as the vet mentioned.
