Spayed female dog urinated a piece of tissue

Hello everyone. We have three female dogs and we spayed them together 3 days ago. "Maya" is 5 years old and "Tuli" and "Nina" are her 6 months old daughters. Maya was doing fine but she wouldn't eat yesterday, and we practically forced her to eat a few bites this morning. Today (saturday) we found a piece of tissue where they pee. It looks like a vein, or a bean cut in half and empty.  It is red, like bloody, and has a smoochy texture like mucus surrounding it. It would be much easier to explain if I could just upload a picture. We think Maya is the one who peed this thing because she is the only one that looks decayed. We didn't see any blood in her pee though. Her incision is fine. What do you think it could be? My husband thinks it is an ovary. To me, it looks like a vein. Either  way we are very alarmed and worried. Please help us. Our vet will not see us until Monday.

Obviously I don't know what it is either, and you should follow Ghilly's advice. If you are worried about her between now and Monday, and feel she needs emergency care then you must take her to the out-of-hours vet or the ER vet. But I also recommend that you take her to see the vet who performed her surgery as soon as possible.
She may not be eating because of post-surgical pain.
If she is not eating, is she drinking? If not, you must keep her hydrated by using a turkey baster or a syringe without a needle, and gently put water into the side of her mouth. Keep this up little and very often, until she has drunk enough water for her weight.
If she vomits the water, then she will need emergency care anyway as she will get seriously dehydrated in a day or more, especially as she is just recovering from surgery. She may need IV fluids.

It is possible that the bit of bloody tissue you found could have come through the cervix as a bit of post-operative detritus happening. But don't bet on this as it didn't happen with my dog when she was spayed.

Be safe rather than sorry. Anything unusual post-operatively needs investigation.

It is pretty much impossible to guess what this could be, so my best advice would be to take your girls back to the vet and let the doctor take a look and see that everything is OK.  There should be no charge because it should be considered part of the post-surgical care, any complications from the surgery should still be covered as part of the surgery itself.  Don't wait, it could be something minor or it could be something that should not be ignored.  I doubt very much that it's an ovary, but try to save the piece of tissue in an empty pill bottle with some alcohol in it if you don't have access to formaldehyde.  Please update us with the vet's diagnosis of what it is.
