Stage 4 Renal Failure: Can you give too much food and water for you dogs?

Hi I have small carolina dog and she has been diagnosed with multiple myeloma and stage 4 kidney failure. I understand that there isn't much time and I am ok with it. Her personality seems fine and since I have done everything I possibly could I am at peace with whatever happens next. ( I will be very very sad though)

My question is if it is possible to give her too much water or food. The vet said to keep feeding her as much as I can and she is eating her kidney food but I am worried that it might be too much water or protein.

Did anybody have any experience with this?

Best for all your dogs

I AM SO VERY SORRY to hear this,it pains me to
say but your baby,as you know has limited time
with this,LOVE HER,GIVE HER WHATEVER
she wants,be it water or food, treasure the time
you have left to share together as long as she
is eating and drinkling YOUR VET IS RIGHT,be
happy she continues to act this way,at this point
in time, nothing is too much, bless her heart.
Again,my heart goes out to you both.
