To All New Posters - Please Read Before Posting

I have noticed in the last two or three days that there have been several duplicate posts from new folks coming to the board asking for help.  Please remember that, while there are usually one or two posters here at any given time, this is not a live chat and, depending upon the time of day you make your post, you may or may not receive a response quickly.  Normally a Community Leader pops in every few hours, but if you post late at night, it could be 8 hours or even more before you receive a response.  Posting a second time will not get a response any more quickly and, in fact, will probably confuse the issue because there will be multiple places for you to go in order to see what people have to say.  Normally, when a duplicate post is detected, we will remove it so that it doesn't make for a confusing situation and all the responses can be kept in one thread.  Please be patient after you post.  A response WILL be coming along.  Thanks so much!
