Sudden leg pain

My dog was out in garden last night she was barking then suddenly started to Yelp
She has right leg pain I can't see any injury looks a little swollen
She can walk but certain ways she moves she in pain please help
She an 8 year old yorkie

Have you checked her for possible grass seeds? One of my dogs, a Yorkie mix, dropped to the ground, during an evening walk, last Summer, and immediately began l licking at his paw. I couldn't see anything, bu the next morning, I took him straight to the vets and he found a large grass seed in bedded in his paw. Aside from being super painful, they have to come out, asap, otherwise, they can travel up the bloodstream, to the heart. My dog was able to walk around, but the swelling got progressively worse, overnight.

Have you phoned the vets?
