Why are my dogs feet cold?

So my 1 year old female pit mix had cold paws when i got up at 530. She's been also having a problem with pain in the neck, maybe ears... But she yelps when she pulls herself forward in any laying position. She almost stiffens up in the neck and shoulder area. She loses her spontaneity and almost acts like she was abused. She woke me up at 230am stuck on the couch cuz she  couldn't get down. I gave her ibu and moved her, but when I got up she was sitting in the floor and when I got her to get back on the couch again her paws were cold to the touch. I don't have thousands to take her to the vet and try to find out what it could be... If anyone has any help, please, I just need a starting point that's more than "I have no clue."
Also she is allergic to everything(seems like) no grain food, benadryl, itchy irritated skin ect. Thank you so much in advance.
