Why is my dog panting, pacing and disoriented?

My dog was fine last night, this morning she has been pacing the floor, panting, disoriented and will not eat or drink. She acts like she's scared and occasionally moves her head back and forth.

Hi, this is generally considered a medical emergency in dogs. They have limited ways to communicate with us and this is one of there ways of telling you they need help. Get your dog to a vet today!  Lots of things could be wrong.  Is your dog's tongue pink? If not, then I'd guess something going on with breathing and lungs.   Please seek immediate medical care for your dog and let us know!
