Will our Golden's hearing return after two ruptured eardrums?

Our 13-year-old Golden Retriever had two ruptured eardrums plus infection/yeast in the ears. They were flushed at an emergency clinic, and antibiotics (oral) were prescribed. Follow-up was through regular veterinarian and included ear wash plus a topical antibiotic. It's been about two months, and she doesn't seem to hear much of anything. Might her hearing improve? Her health and balance have returned, though she hasn't regained the amount of energy she had before the infections.
