allergies???

I have a shitzu bison mix she has runny nose and itching eyes and she got discoloration on her furr the color is orange and i don't no what to do ???

I took her to the vet but he told me it's nothing that's y  i was wondering what it is ???
and her discoloration on her furr it's weird my dog is white now she is orange i know sounds really weird .

She could definitly have allergies, My dog does and her Vet said to give her benadryl tablets, weird but it works. Have a Vet see her, see my dog had the same problem and was always scratching her self, we thought she had flees but we were wrong.
