blood from dog's vulva

My westy terrier was spayed is 4 year's old and has been spayed 2 years ago. before few month's I noticed little blood from her vulva. and it's not stopped from then. i took her to a vet, urine is ok, x-rays ok. vet was confused but he gave shots of antibiotics jus for sure. but nothing helped. dog is acting normally. eating, drinking, peiing ok. but few drops of blood every day. i'm scared and confused.

Same thing happened with my lil miniature poodle. We noticed a little blood but not alot. Urine tests revealed that she had crystals in her urine and had to be put on antibiotics for it. It cleared up. But if the urine tests came back ok, then I'm confused too.

Maybe get a second opinion?

No doubt your vet is assuming she had some kind of urinary tract infection and the antibiotics took care of the problem.  You need to take her back to the vet since the treatment didn't work.

Sometimes if a problem is just beginning, lab results will come up normal.  You'll probably need to re-run the same tests as before and see if anything has changed.
