can you give dogs breathing treatments like humans take

Can a dog have breathing treatments like humans get?

I am not quite sure what you mean as your post was so short!

If you mean  -can dogs have oxygen therapy to help them breathe, then yes, they can. Oxygen can be delivered via a nasal tube which goes just inside the nose, as it does with a human.
A dog can spend time in an "oxygen tent" as well but that would be in a veterinary hospital situation, or overnight stay at the vet's.
