I have a 5month brasilian fila and we have moved where she livesd w/her ma', pa & siblings, who obviously fought.
She's had a big knot on her ear tht finally burst but jus a little and now its leaking' which I want. But too slowly.. I'm broke but I seen the vet burst the same wound on another pup to drain all the fluids. I have the pills(antibotric) but what's the best way for me to preform tis minor task @home?

Oh, how terrible!  You mean the people you gave the number to are the owners?  You know for sure nothing was done for the dog?  Give Animal Control the information and see if they will check on the dog if you know where the dog belongs.  Bless you for your caring.

Just seen a little dog get hit by car and the ppl just seemed spaced out nobody said anything  like they were maniquin a and I was the only one conserned for this damaged dog back right leg hanging and cut head and I gave number for my vets I am very concerned for the dog as these people don't seem to care what should I do now?

you need to cut/shave all the hair around the sore away. then wash with worm to hot water.
you do not need to burst it. it has burst by it self. what you need to do is keep it open and clean so it can keep draining.
